All products are subject to availability. Limited edition items may not be restocked.
3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.

Payment must be received in full before your order will be processed.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking will be provided for all shipments.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once handed to Canada Post, but will work with you to resolve issues (see Shipping Policy).
5. Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges or store credit may be issued if items are returned in original condition within 14 days (see Returns & Exchanges Policy).

Sale, limited edition, and custom items are final sale.
