Carriers

We ship all orders via Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.


We will provide tracking information with every shipment, and our commitment to customer satisfaction remains the same. Once Canada Post operations are back to normal, we will reassess and may return to our regular shipping provider.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days. During new drops, restocks, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Time

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout. Canada Post provides estimated delivery windows, but please note these are not guaranteed.


Tracking

All orders include tracking so you can keep an eye on your shipment.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package does not arrive, please reach out to us at info.outcast.apparel@gmail.com. We’ll work with Canada Post and do our best to make it right.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
