Returns & Exchanges Policy

No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Exchange & Store Credit

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit for items that don’t work out. To be eligible:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Start an Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item or receive store credit, please email us at info.outcast.apparel@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.

Final Sale Items

Please note that sale items, limited edition drops, or custom orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
